Spherule is a Bill of Materials (BOM) management and production dashboard designed for food manufacturing operations. The platform provides real-time monitoring of production workflows, inventory levels, and task execution, helping manufacturing teams stay organized and efficient.

The dashboard displays key metrics at a glance — Active BOMs (247), items In Production (18), Low Stock Items (7), and Completed Today (142) — each with status indicators showing week-over-week performance. The main navigation spans Dashboard, BOM Management, Inventory, Production Schedule, Labeling, Task Execution, and Reports, providing comprehensive access to all operational areas.

Below the metrics, Today's Production Schedule lists active batches (Pesto Pasta, Spaghetti Bolo, Singapore Noodles) with quantity, status, progress percentage, and estimated completion times. An Inventory Alerts sidebar highlights critical and low-stock items (Chicken Breast, Romaine Lettuce) as well as expiring ingredients (Organic Tomatoes, Carrots). The clean, card-based layout with green, red, and yellow status colors ensures operators can quickly identify priorities and take action.
