HeartSync

HeartSync is a medical practice management dashboard designed for healthcare providers to manage patient appointments, schedules, and clinical documentation. The platform streamlines daily workflows by combining scheduling, patient records, and clinical notes into a unified interface.

The dashboard features a clean sidebar navigation with sections for Dashboard, Patients, Orders, Consultations, Notes, Reports, Analytics, and Resources. The main view displays Patient Statistics at a glance — Appointments (18), Visits (16), In-Patients (12), and Out-Patients (16). A monthly calendar Schedule with an "Add Activity" option shows the current month, while Today's Activity lists time-blocked events like Follow-up Appointments, Patient Consultations, Lunch Break, and Diagnostic Testing.

An Appointments table lists upcoming patients with time, name, and complaint (e.g., Chest Pain, Shortness of Breath, Palpitations, Fatigue), with an option to add new appointments. A selected patient panel displays detailed information including patient profile (Zoe Guilfoyle), type (Returning Patient), complaint, last visit date, and attached test files (ECG/EKG, Echocardiogram). The right sidebar shows clinical documentation with Chief Complaint, Objective Notes (vitals, cardiovascular findings), and Subjective Notes with assessment and patient education details. The light, card-based design ensures medical staff can efficiently manage their day.
